現任中國煤炭運銷協會顧問，教授級高級工程師。曾任中國煤炭運銷協會副理事長。長期工作在煤炭行業(yè)，主要從事選煤煤質、機械加工、煤炭綜采、企業(yè)管理、體制改革、煤炭運銷等工作，有較豐富的實踐經驗和理論基礎。曾多次組織煤炭市場方面的課題研究，在機械加工、企業(yè)標準化、企業(yè)管理、煤炭市場研究等方面均有專著。
